Hi, my name is Vince, I run the show here at M&A. I've worked as a Tax Accountant for a public accounting firm, as a Senior Financial Auditor for a Fortune 200 corporation, served in the U.S Army, and I run a CPA firm as of late. I hold a Bachelor's in Business Administration & Accounting as well as a Master's in Forensic Accounting. I am a Certified Public Accountant, Enrolled Agent with the IRS, Certified Internal Auditor, and a Certified Fraud Examiner. My favorite food is tacos and my favorite show is the Office. Hello friend,
We are a full-service public accounting firm that provides tax (business/personal), bookkeeping, consulting, IRS support, expert witness testimony, financial modeling, financial statement review, and financial coaching services (be your own accountant).
We are not the stereotypical accountants in that... we are not sticks in the mud! We aim to build a personal relationship with our clients with a fun, cordial attitude. Whether you’re worried about a tax issue, starting a business, or a seasoned business owner, we want to be the partner that you can rely on to save you time, money, and STRESS!
M&A does not have an office..... the team works remotely in the South Florida area. We have found that video conferencing and screen sharing with our friends (clients) is just as effective. Plus, offices are expensive, boring, and not needed. We pass the cost savings on to you.
